Hobbies are a great way to spend time with yourself and with others, to have fun and learn something new. I think they are also important for our health. Thanks for article Debi.
Wow! Grammas are awesome like that 😀 Mine taught me how to crochet! Sewing came to me naturally and that one is my favorite hobby. I also learned to cross stitch at an early age. Another thing I love is scrabbooking. I prefer digital as I love working with graphics. But there is just something about playing with glue, paper, tape, stickers, grommets, glitter … yeah, I like scrapbooking! LOL
Stopping by from the UBC! Have a great week!
Thanks for sharing you hobbies, Kimberly. And for dropping in from the UBC – my hobby. Lol
I know my parents’ hobbies. They have defined them in some ways. Mine are sketchier (is that a word) to figure out. What I like to do to unwind – play Dr. Mario with my husband. It’s a little embarrassing, but it’s true. I have the tendonitis to prove it.
Great post, and you’re right, that you can tell from a person’s eyes and the sparkle in them what they really love.
I love your word shape collage! I would add that not only do the eyes sparkle, but the voice speaks the excitement, as well. :o)
Good point. You’re so right! Thanks for sharing.
