…to my writing corner.

I have always enjoyed writing, but it wasn’t until the summer of 1989 when I began taking it seriously. I was away on a Ladies Retreat in the mountains of NC when I was impressed by the Lord to begin journaling. Through this process I’ve learned the tenacity it takes to grow in the writing process. It hasn’t been easy, but I’ve enjoyed it. This is why 30+ years later I’m still journaling.

My prayer is that my first book, Through The Eyes Of Grace, will encourage you to discover your own story. Use the questions in the back of the book to talk with your parents/grandparents to discover their stories. We all have a story to tell, but most of us don’t think anyone wants to hear it. That may be true today, but years from now I guarantee someone will wish they knew more about you. Take time to leave the answers for your children and grandchildren to discover when they are old enough to ask.

My husband and I are committed to helping marriages stay healthy for God’s glory. Together we have another blog, The Romantic Vineyard. We have recently divided the focus of these two blogs. This blog will focus on my writing and personal life; The Romantic Vineyard will be solely used to help build strong marriages. We hope this will give you access to the posts of most interest to you.
